It would be better if their stock was sealed/shrink wrapped rather than open... minimises wear and tear from browsers.

The only reason I came here was to get a very hard to find DVD that was on special and not avail from the other major retailers in-store let alone online.

Have to admit they were good enough to place it on hold for as long as they did and the long haired bearded chap was very attentive, polite and helpful.
